We have a number of important policies and forms which you should read and download if required. They are as follows:
Changes to subscriptions April 2011
Subscriptions will now be collected quarterly at £20 per quarter by standing order. Complete this Standing order authority form 2011 and hand in to a leader for your child’s reference number to be added and sent to your bank.
The Group can claim the tax back from he Inland Revenue on all payments you make to the Group. If you are a tax payer then please complete this Gift Aid Form.
Health form this is required to be completed and presented at all activities (except the normal weekly meetings) to enable your child to take part.
