Meeting minutes
Each year we are required to hold an Annual General Meeting to report our activities and status for the year to the Scout Association, Group Members and Parents. This consists of reports from the GSL, Chairman, Treasurer and reports from each of the sections. Each year at the AGM, the elected officers must resign and be re-elected by vote or new officers voted in. Here are the minutes from last year:
