| The 1st Denmead Vulcan Scout Troop is part of the
Waterlooville
Scout District which is Part of the
Hampshire County. The
Denmead Group is a large Group of over 135 Members. It has one
Beaver Colony, two
Cub Scout Packs, two
Scout Troops, a thriving
Explorer Section and one of
the best
HQs in the area (well we think so!). The Group is supported by an active
Executive Committee, many parents of existing and past members, local businesses
and has an excellent relationship with the
Denmead Parish
Council.
Welcome to the 1st Denmead Scout Vulcan Troop mini site, from here you can contact us, find out what is happening at the meetings, and access those all important letters and notes! We meet on Fridays at the HQ from 19:00 to 21:00. The Scout Association has a clear purpose which we are committed to following: To help young people achieve their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential as individuals, as responsible citizens and as Members of their local, national and international communities. If your son (or daughter) wishes to join us then applications must be made to our Group Scout Leader on gsl@denmeadscouts.org but we welcome all enquires.
