Denmead Scouts - The Head Quarters

All Bookings and enquires should be made through: The Booking Secretary
The booking secretary will phone you to confirm the booking as soon as your email is received and a rrange to show you over the HQ at a mutually convenient time.
The Guide Association County Advisor has approved the facility for sleeping up to 18 Brownies
The hire of the facilities can only be made to Scout or Guide Association members.

Headquarters: suitable for pack holidays, training and one day events:

Comprising of:
Large hall (10m x 5m)
2 Rooms ( 4m x 3m) (one currently used as Chair/table store)
Fitted Kitchen - 2 electric ovens and electric hob, fridge, freezer, hot water cooking equipment/utensils, china and cutlery, hot water urn.
Boys Toilets, Girls Toilets, (4 basins and hot water in both toilets). Separate Adult toilet with basin and hot water, Separate disabled toilet with basin and hot water.
Electric Shower: Ramp access for wheel chairs.
Fitted Smoke Alarms: Central Heating.
Go-pac tables, 80 Chairs, plus a number of small tables (suitable for craft activities).

Adjoining field for activities or camping.

NOTE: The field belongs to the Parish Council who charge a small separate rate for the hire of the field. If you require the field, contact the Booking Secretary who will negotiate a reasonable rate with the Council on your behalf.

Car Park for up to 50 cars
